You Spoke! We Listened!

Here at Norwich Cosmetic Clinic we are passionate about delivering an outstanding service both in terms of delivery and results and we consider it a top priority to hear what we are doing well and where we can improve.

So, in June this year we once again undertook our biennial Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is conducted independently by a third party and benchmarks us globally for our industry.

This year was particularly significant as it was important for us to understand your feelings around what would make you feel safe returning to the Clinic during the global Coronavirus Pandemic and your responses to this have helped shape our policies and procedures around re-opening the Clinic to the public.

We are very grateful to everyone who took the time to complete the survey and you had some really helpful suggestions for us so we want to assure you we have listened! Here are just a few examples for you:


You Spoke – Many of you said you would feel reassured on returning when we open if there are hand sanitizer stations and lots of PPE.

We Listened – Just some of the Covid secure measures we have introduced are hand sanitizer available throughout the Clinic and staff are in full PPE at all times. We are also taking the temperature of all visitors to the Clinic.


You Spoke – “Could benefit from a makeover.”

We Listened – We are delighted to report that whilst the Clinic was closed to the public during Lockdown, we did not sit still! Instead, we used the time to completely refurbish all 6 floors of the Clinic, including all treatment rooms, Reception and the Waiting Room.


You Spoke – “Maybe if Mr Beigi could do an additional day during the week as sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment.”

We Listened – We are pleased to report that Mr Beigi has scheduled a number of additional days in the coming weeks and months to ensure that his patients are able to more easily schedule appointments.


You Spoke – “I’d like to see a loyalty card for long term customers.”

We Listened – We are delighted to have now introduced a loyalty card for all of our valued customers. Every time you visit, you receive a stamp – collect 10 stamps and receive a complimentary Jan Marini Peel!
