Following your treatment, it’s important to protect and support your skin as it heals. You may experience mild redness, warmth, or slight swelling, which typically settles within a few hours to a couple of days. We recommend avoiding heat, sun exposure, and active skincare products (like retinol or acids) for 48 hours. Apply a gentle moisturiser and SPF 50 daily to soothe and protect the skin. Treated pigmentation may darken temporarily before flaking or fading—this is a normal part of the healing process. Avoid picking or rubbing the area to prevent irritation.
