As our existing patients will know, customer service is paramount to us here at Norwich Cosmetic Clinic. So, in last month’s newsletter we reported on some of the lessons we had learnt from our biennial Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is conducted independently by a third party and benchmarks us globally for our industry and which we carried out in June this year.
This month, we are delighted to share some key facts and figures around our performance and how we do when compared with other clinics throughout the world:
98% of respondents rated their telephone experience Good or Very Good.
94% of respondents were happy that we were able to accommodate their appointment as soon as they wanted it.
99% of respondents said the appearance of our facility is Good or Very Good against a global benchmark of 95%.
97% of respondents said the welcome their received on arriving at the Clinic was Good or Very Good.
When it came to being caring 96% of respondents said their doctor or practitioner was Good or Very Good.
When asked how well our staff listened, 96% rated our team Good or Very Good.
