What is Rosacea?

Rosacea usually causes a persistent redness in the central part of your face. Small blood vessels on your nose and cheeks, sometimes the chin often swell and become visible. Your skin may feel hot and tender. Some people who suffer with rosacea also develop small pimples on the skin which resembles acne. Factors that can trigger or aggravate the rosacea include alcohol, spicy food, hot drinks, exercise, extreme temperatures and cosmetic products.
